I’ve consistently had a disappointing experience with the accounts department of this company. The communication is extremely poor and team members, unfortunately come across as extremely unapproachable and discourteous. One individual called Momita, has repeatedly responded to queries in a rude and dismissive manner. It’s difficult to get proper answers or even basic clarity and it’s reached a point where I’ve stopped contacting the department entirely. It’s unfortunate that such a critical department lacks the professionalism and courtesy expected. I sincerely hope the management takes steps to address this issue and improve the department’s communication standards.
