No doubt it's the best veg restaurant in kurla..food is good but service is pathetic..shouldnt visit on weekends or public holidays..delayed order no proper service.. online orders also they mishandle, no proper communication on phone, instructions are nt followed...food is great but service and consistency is poor.. ambiance is okiesh

I usually order directly from this restaurant but today due to a long line I ordered through Zomato The total order was around rs of 1100 thali, puri sabji, extra chapatis, naan, etc Unfortunately the food quality was very poor. The aloo sabji was not edible it had a bad smell and tasted sour Even the rice was smelly and the other sabji was also not good. The chapatis were undercooked. I called the restaurant to give feedback and clearly mentioned that the sabji was spoiled, but they kept saying my voice was not audible and didn’t properly address the issue. We couldn’t eat the food and had to throw it away. This was very disappointing, as I didn’t expect this from your restaurant. Please improve your food quality and customer services.
