We recently found a tiny kitten on the street that was only about 5–6 days old and urgently needed milk powder. When we visited this store, the staff member Deepali went out of her way to help us. Even though the milk powder was out of stock at the store, she took the extra effort to arrange it from Goregaon and ensured it could be delivered quickly for the kitten. In the meantime, one of our colleagues managed to get the powder from another place, but we were truly touched by the effort and concern she showed. It’s rare to see someone go the extra mile with such kindness and dedication. A big thank you to Deepali for being so helpful and compassionate. Really appreciate the support!✨
