The staff here is uncooperative; they instruct you to call...
The staff here is uncooperative; they instruct you to call at 6 PM to schedule an appointment, but then the call simply doesn't go through. I kept calling continuously for 30 minutes. Then, after those 30 minutes, when they finally answered, they claimed that all appointments were already booked. This is absolutely abysmal service. We should not entrust our children to them.

Dr. Rupesh is excellent, but the management needs serious improvement. Despite being a high-tech facility, patients are made to wait over 4–5 hours due to poor crowd and queue management. This can and should be handled better to respect patients' time and reduce their struggle.
