CS BKC PG is good for bachelors. And the pg owner is also good. PG Rent is good and if want tiffin services. Then it is also available. Or else they provide you the kitchen and all eliminates so you can prepare your own food. And it was near to BKC and Phoenix Mall Kurla. And all hotels and street food is also available in emergency so u can get it. And Vidyavihar railway station also near. And Kurla Station like around 2 Klmtrs. So you and travel anywhere at anytime. There no problem.It's like good area.
