⭐ 1 Star Not even single star for their services.. I would say its most pathetic and irresponsible lab in nehru nagar kurla…. No value for time. Every time different person receives the call and says report has come but don’t share it on time. Extremely disappointing experience with Prime Diagnostics Centre. Home sample collection was delayed, phone calls were repeatedly ignored, and reports were not provided on time. Even after multiple follow-ups, there was no proper response from the staff. After long wait, many follows ups reports delivered in which wrong name mentioned shared report was not mine. Still waiting for my reports its about to 10 pm now and my dr is not available for check up. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and very unsatisfactory service. Would not recommend.
