Hello fellow visitors, My name is Sachin. Please don’t book any tickets with Shashank Tours and travels. Shashank (owner of the this agency) is big scammer. He will talk to you very kindly until you pay him for the tickets and then he will disappear. I have called Shashank one week before to inquire about railway ticket bookings between Thane - Kankavli for month of September 2024. I paid him advanced of Rs. 5000 as he said tickets will be available in 2 days. After two days, he told me that ticket is booked and to get this tickets I have to pay remaining of Rs. 4000. I have paid Rs. 4000, even though paying him the full amount of Rs. 9000 ( which is agreed), I didn’t receive the tickets yet. And now when I’m trying to call him for my tickets or refund, he is not picking up my calls or not replying to my messages. I have registered a complaint against him in Police Station. This kind of people (like Shashank) take advantage of your needs, so be aware of such scamsters.

Shashank helped us with last minute tickets. He is genuine and is responsive over WhatsApp, calls. It was a group booking and he was very helpful till the last minute. I was a little apprehensive because of the negative reviews here but looks like they were due to certain circumstances. All good with the bookings done by him 👍
