This has to be the worst KFC outlet I have ever...
This has to be the worst KFC outlet I have ever experienced. Food is never fresh, every single delivery order is cold. Many times the orders are cancelled and nobody even picks up the phone when you try to call the outlet. Its such a disappointing experience dealing with this outlet that over the last few months despite liking KFC a lot I just dont feel like ordering anymore because its such a horrendous experience each time. I hope that someone from your management team reads this and makes some changes, it still surprises me how this franchise outlet is still in business with such poor service.

I would like to report rude behavior by one of your staff members during my visit. The staff member spoke disrespectfully and made my experience unpleasant. Kindly look into this matter and ensure better customer service in the future. And also AC is not working.
