We have ordered softy and it was really really less like they had not even filled it inside and the softy was really really I mean literally very less and when we asked to add more they didn't and said only this much we add and the staff spoke rudely to us ... We have. Been to many branches but this is the worse quantity wise the quality was perfect but the staff and quantity is the really worse

We had the softy ice cream with mixed flavors, and it tasted horrible. It was mostly just ice. There was no vanilla flavor and no chocolate flavor. My mom even said it felt like she was tasting soil. Also, the manager was extremely rude and was not taking orders properly. Even after he took my order and the payment was completed, I had to follow up multiple times just to get my softy ice cream. After that, they didn't even provide tissue paper. I had to go back to the counter and ask for it. Again, the manager was ignoring customers and not listening. Two other customers who asked for tissues before me received them immediately, perhaps because their orders were larger than mine. I still had to struggle just to get a tissue. When he finally gave me one, it was already used and crumpled. I hated my experience at Jumbo King. I would never visit again, and I would not recommend that others visit either, especially this particular store.
