Insha Fatima ji has changed my life. I had fasting sugar of 309 and post lunch 440. Dr. Insha Fatima ji gave me a diet plan and I religiously followed it and believe me I could reverse my diabetes. By simply following the diet plan. As she told me that my diet was imbalanced and she just simply made it right and the results are, my fasting sugar came to 93 and post eating it came to 149.
