Worst experience with the staff involved. My service request is still in process for the past seven to eight months, but still they are dragging the process giving lame excuses like, govt holiday, festival celebrations etc, etc. Very much dissatisfied with their service. But during sales, they spoke to me for fetching policies till 11:30 pm at night. Now not even picking up the phone. Worst experience
