I have been told to wait for 10mins as someone was already in the room, then it almost took an hour and to my surprise the person who came after me given the preference even though I had scheduled appointment the person doesn't. Secondly, the spa called me 5 Mins before the appointment to confirm if I am coming, I was in an impression that it's scheduled as per time. This is ridiculous do not ever visit this spa avoid at all times. Very unprofessional behaviour.

After taking massage my body started paining. Staff not helpful. No drinking water they asked. Rude behaviour no hot water for bath! Charges also very high! Other centre's better then embrace spa. Worst place i visited and waste of money!
