My experience with Connekt Homes was far from satisfactory. The rooms bear absolutely no resemblance to the photos and videos shown at the time of booking. In reality, the rooms were not clean, and proper attention had not been paid to hygiene. The biggest issue was that the AC in our room stopped working during the night. We informed the manager, but he told us that the AC technician would only arrive in the morning. Consequently, we had to spend the entire night without air conditioning. Even in the morning, no one came to repair the AC, and we had to check out at 10:00 AM. This level of service is completely unsatisfactory. Connekt Homes previously enjoyed a good reputation, but there is now a pressing need for them to focus more on the quality of their service. Based on my experience, booking a stay here in the future feels like a complete waste of money. The management needs to prioritize providing basic amenities to their customers.

I would not recommend their place. The pictures are misleading. The property location was in slums. Neighbourhood was really unhygienic and unsafe for female travellers. I even tried complaining about all of the above points along with some other issues which I faced but they ignored everything. Overall it was a very disappointed stay and experience. Really opposite of what's mentioned. Guys don't fool people they pay money for comfort and not face this situation.

Absolutely FRAUD people. Took my money and didn’t even provide the property for check-in. DO NOT BOOK with them. The contact person, Divyam, has zero sense of hospitality. He asked me to transfer money in personal account, which is highly suspicious for a company that claims to be legitimate. Lured me in with a “discount,” took the payment, and then blocked me. When I reached the property, it was already occupied by someone else. Imagine the shock and frustration after paying in advance. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, they were rude and arrogant. Only after I threatened to call the police and file an FIR did they offer me a filthy, shabby room. It smelled terrible, and there was mold on the walls and ceiling. This completely ruined my day. I had an urgent meeting, so I was forced to stay temporarily, but I left as soon as I could and ended up spending the night in a different property which I booked last minute. Stay away from these scammers. Don’t fall for their “discount” tricks. Always book through trusted platforms, even if it costs a little extra. Huge RED FLAG 🚩
