I was facing a battery problem with my CMF Buds 2a, and they clearly explained the process and guided me through the warranty replacement. They upgraded my buds to cmf buds 2 , i am very happy with the service

Absolutely loved my experience at the Nothing Service Center. I visited regarding a battery imbalance issue with my Nothing Ear (a), and the entire process was genuinely impressive from start to finish. The staff were extremely polite, patient, and professional. They carefully listened to my issue, properly checked the device, identified the fault, and replaced the entire earbuds along with a brand-new charging case under warranty without any hassle. What really stood out was the overall experience of the service center itself. The place is incredibly aesthetic, modern, and welcoming — it honestly feels more like a premium tech lounge than a regular service center. While waiting, they even offered coffee and cold drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch. And the best part? They had a retro arcade console there! I spent my waiting time playing classic arcade games, which made the whole experience surprisingly fun and memorable instead of boring. Big appreciation to the entire team for making customer service feel this smooth and premium. Easily one of the best service center experiences I’ve had. Had a wonderful time at the Nothing Store. I had come to get my earbuds fixed, and the service provided was as good as it gets. Everyone was very supportive, polite, and professional. They heard the issues and explained the work and finished the job without any sticking delays. Everything was handled so well, it was greatly appreciated to say the least. Friendly, had a lot of team work, and it made the process very easy to do. Customer service hardly ever matches the speed and the usefulness. Best service I've encountered, sincerely.
