Had a disappointing experience with this broker. While he tried to appear professional during discussions, the major issue of a bed bug–infested bed provided in the flat was never properly addressed. Despite repeated complaints & Pest Control treatments, neither the landlords nor the broker ensured the bed was replaced, which seriously impacted our health and made living conditions difficult. At the end of the tenancy, there was little real support when unfair deductions were made, and overall the handling felt more like damage control & biased towards the landlords than genuine tenant support. Future tenants should be cautious and ensure serious issues are taken seriously from day one. Avoid renting Bharti Apartments – Flat No. 303.
