I had a very disappointing experience with Giva’s customer service. I approached them regarding a piece of jewelry that had already started to tarnish, which is quite unacceptable. The agent initially acknowledged the issue and said he would get back to me, but there was no follow-up at all. After chasing multiple times, I was informed that the store is now shifting, and surprisingly, the same agent claimed he was not even aware of the store relocation earlier. This clearly shows a lack of communication and coordination within the team. Being left without updates and then given inconsistent information is extremely frustrating. For a brand like Giva, this level of service is disappointing. I expected better professionalism and accountability.

Great store, great collection and good assistance from Gulam. I went to purchase two products but ended up buying 3rd one as well as Gulam explained the offers and showed the jewellery patiently. Thank you
