The Aneesha warden is very responsible, supportive, and approachable. They maintain proper discipline while also being friendly with students. Any issues or concerns are handled quickly and fairly. Their dedication and care make everyone feel comfortable and secure. Overall, an excellent warden who truly looks after the well-being of us.

I took this PG for one month, but unfortunately I had to leave within just 3 days due to serious issues. Firstly, the PG is not organized or properly managed by the owner, Mansi. There is no hygiene maintained. The washroom and washbasin are extremely dirty and unclean. The kitchen is not properly accessible — only a few people are allowed to use it, while others are restricted. You cannot cook properly. This is the month of Ramzan, and when I raised concerns regarding basic facilities, my complaints were ignored. The warden clearly refused washing clothes saying, “If I get time, I will do,” which is very unprofessional. There is also theft happening — many residents’ belongings are going missing. Most importantly, there is no proper space or freedom to offer namaz peacefully. When I complained about these issues, the warden behaved rudely and misbehaved. After the owner Mansi leaves, arguments continue till 2 AM, disturbing everyone and that cause me a mental Harrasement. The warden is a 19-year-old girl from Nepal who does not understand our language properly and is not capable of managing the PG responsibly. There is a prepaid system — if you pay for one full month, there is strictly no refund under any circumstances. Even though the facilities and commitments promised on the first day were not fulfilled, they refused to consider any refund. Because of all this, I lost my full amount of ₹6,000 within just 3 days. Overall, it was a very stressful and disappointing experience. Basic hygiene, proper management, safety, and respect for residents are completely lacking.
