I joined Rujuta with a lot of hope that I will be able to achieve weight loss in a very healthy way. The program did not give me any outcome of weight loss. I am only writing this review because it’s a very expensive program and lot of people are hopeful like me to get results. I did not get results. In fact I regret a few dietary changes that were recommended to me and I feel more bloated than when I started. I think I looked leaner before the program. For example they asked to have homemade fried Mathis and Achar at 5 pm. I had never consumed fried food regularly like this. It could be called a good lifestyle program but not a good weight loss program. Physical exercises were not up to the mark or motivating. The program is worthy of two stars.

What you will get by paying such a hefty amount is one team...
What you will get by paying such a hefty amount is one team member with little experience enjoying the Celebrity Tag..... So you are paying the price of Celebrity dietician who is busy with Youtube / Celebrities and getting a very ordinary diet plan from an inexperienced dietician.

Horrible experience … Programme ended with deteriorated health. After paying such an hefty amount , what really you get is a few years experienced girl ready with preset diet. For rest of period she will pass the time with stupid observations. They are only interested in making money and encashing her link with a few celebrity at the cost of hard earned money of non celebrity customers. Any upcoming dietician would be far better than this and will not ruin your health and money.
