Floor staff very helpful but cashiers are extremely rude. I come every year from overseas and have the same trouble. Basement will not send all the stuff to ground floor so one bill can be paid. I have my sister who can't walk well and these cashiers are not accomodating. Suggest you teach them some customer service. Today one of them was blaring on the microphone. It was deafening. She could be heard half way round the block. Please teach them how to deal with public politely. They are not doing us a favour! They earn salaries because people buy!
