I walked into Freeda’s Bandra today for a hair wash and blast dry. Unfortunately, it was a very poor experience. While combing out knots, the staff member held my hair tightly at mid-length and aggressively ran a brush through tangled sections. This is extremely careless and completely unnecessary handling, and it would have caused significant hair breakage had I not stopped him. I had to take the brush myself, section my hair properly, and gently detangle it, which took barely five minutes to prevent damage. Only after that could the blast dry continue. After the first section he could have offered to do it gently but he waited for me to finish it. Combing and detangling hair is the most basic part of hair care, and this level of rough handling is unacceptable at a professional salon. Freeda’s once had a much better standard before.

I recently visited the salon for a haircut and hair colouring, and I’m really happy with the results. The service was smooth and professional from start to finish. Sahil was especially helpful — he guided me through the colour options, understood exactly what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The final look turned out even better than I expected. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for great hair services and a friendly experience!

From Christina, Naaz and Michael always greeting you with a smile to Kaplanas blow dry and Kunal’s pedicure and the magician with hair my absolute favorite Julie!! The salon that does not say no to walk ins which is great for those who cannot necessarily have their whole day pre planned. Keep up the good work guys. Await my next trip to Mumbai and you all are a big reason♥️
