I’ve been going here for 2½ years and never had a complaint until now. Unfortunately, when I did raise a concern during my appointment about how my nails were turning out, it wasn’t addressed even after I mentioned multiple times that I didn’t like the direction they were going. Update after the owner responded: I’ve added a photo of my nails. The owner mentioned that the nails were done “fabulously,” but what may look nice to someone else should also feel right to the client wearing them. Within an hour of my appointment I called the owner to try to find a solution, but I was told I would need to pay again for removal and a new set (with a discount), rather than having the issue corrected. I was ready to send a photo then also to prove my point but it wasn't heard until now. The shape and length are both wrong, and the nails are much thicker than what I’ve ever had done here before. When I asked the technician about it during the appointment, I was told it was because thicker tips were used - which wasn’t what I asked for and isn’t what was previously on my nails. Response - Ma'am unfortunately the gel is already peeling all of your technicians know how to do my nails and how I've been doing it for the last 2 and a half years a 1 star review is deserving especially when you are lying that I didn't agree to pay the remaining balance of 500/-. The fact of the matter is that your prices change all the time I know what I pay for every time for my nails and every time the price changes I have gotten fed up with fighting with your staff about it and when the gel is already starting to peel from the sides on the new set that I just got on Sunday - today is already Thursday and my full nail isn't even covered the sides are showing. Also if I was asking the full appointment why my fingers look like sausages comparatively to all the other times my nails have looked beautiful and this is before my gel polish was applied I don't know what to say, these are pressons no other product was applied other than the full nail and then gel polish on top so if I complained after they put the nail and started filing then it's not my fault it is the fault of the technician who cannot seem to communicate considering she kept telling me "ruk me butati hu" all the way till the end of the appointment.
