I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL STAFF. I had reserved 2 rooms a day before and also mentioned I will be arriving at 12:30 PM from Bangalore along with my family including 1 year old baby. I requested for early check in and I got confirmation from them. I also told them I have to attend a seminar at 2 PM so we had to freshen up for 30 minutes and leave for the venue. When we arrived at 12:30 PM, we were made to wait at the reception as the manager was taking his own sweet time not caring about the infant and senior citizen along with me. When he checked the details, he saw only 1 room booking on my name when I had confirmed 2 rooms. I was shocked when he told me no rooms were available at the moment and I had to wait till 2 PM for check in. I clearly requested them for early check in and I got confirmation as well. They asked us to wait for another 1 hour at the reception! This is so misleading and disappointing. The hotel management need to rectify this. Worst experience!

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean stay option with an amazing location. The breakfast spread was amazing and unlimited. The staff is so warm and all are needs were taken care off in minutes. Mr sandesh here is one of the sweetest people I have met.

We stayed at the hotel off on for the month of February, we had a very cozy and comfortable stay . The hotel is centrally situated for shopping. The staff went out of their was to assist us and the service is excellent especially Alam, Hari, and the kitchen staff. Mr. Bala the GM was also very helpful. The only problem we came across is the WiFi which didn’t work very well. With all that considered we will definitely stay here again.
