Admitting my father to this hospital was a mistake. The concerned doctors are rarely present or arrive later than the given timings. I was told doctor will visit at 5 pm but came at 10 pm and this happened multiple times,Their visits happen only once or twice a week and last barely five minutes, and they do not communicate properly despite being paid for it. The support staff and nurses are rude and unprofessional worse than those at municipal hospitals. Despite this poor service, the hospital is very expensive. Although it has been over a year since his treatment, I still clearly remember the extremely negative experience at this hospital, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Very horrible experience charges taking so high but there is no wardboy ur any other helper to help in emergency and staff is also very rude and not working properly even in times of emergency they are just chit chatting to each other very bad experience dr suraj nigam is great but the staff is horrible the madam who sits out side on the counter very rude they are in hospital working how nicely they should treat patients actually they should know that they are not treating any one free of cost people are paying sooo much so please keep this in mind u treat us and u are getting the pay of it
