Hi, I’m Pradeep Pawar, and I am extremely dissatisfied with your agency. You completely misled me regarding the maid’s salary. Her previous salary was ₹15,000, but you falsely represented it as ₹30,000 and took full payment from me. This is clear misrepresentation and cheating. Within just 15 days, the maid refused to work and left. After taking the money, you stopped responding to my calls deliberately. When I called from a different number, you answered and behaved very rudely. This clearly shows your intention—once you receive payment, you have no concern for service or responsibility. Your agency lacks professionalism, honesty, and basic customer commitment. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and unethical. If this issue is not resolved immediately with a proper replacement or refund, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally and also share my experience publicly across all platforms. This has been a completely unacceptable and third-class experience.
