⭐ 1 Star (If there were an option for minus stars, I would have chosen that.) Extremely pathetic and disappointing experience. I rarely write negative reviews, but the experience at this lab was so poor that I feel other patients should be aware of it. The biggest issue is the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. They seem to have absolutely no understanding of how to speak to patients with basic courtesy and respect. The tone of communication is often rude, dismissive, and at times it feels as if patients are being treated like they have done something wrong simply for asking questions. When I entered the lab, there was a long queue of patients waiting. Instead of focusing on their work and helping people efficiently, some staff members were busy watching reels on their phones. What was even more shocking was that they were sharing those reels with colleagues and discussing them while patients continued waiting. I also witnessed a pregnant woman who had come for a sonography appointment. Even in such a sensitive healthcare environment, some staff members appeared more interested in their phones than in maintaining professionalism. Loud laughter, phone usage, and casual behavior created an atmosphere that felt completely inappropriate for a medical facility. Whenever patients asked questions, the responses were often rude or given with an attitude. Healthcare services require empathy, patience, and professionalism, but unfortunately I found none of these qualities here. A diagnostic lab is a place where people come with health concerns, stress, and anxiety. The least they deserve is respectful treatment. This lab seriously needs to improve its staff training, patient handling, and overall professionalism. One of the worst healthcare service experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this lab to anyone unless significant improvements are made. Not recommended at all 👎
