Unprofessional behaviour...if you're able to see my review then run and never think of getting tests done here. This is my second time and I've been treated the same way....multiple people in queue for sonography they should have a time based automated slots and call customers get the bookings done or should have a website for such things rather than having people in queue....they made me fast for 8 hours due to my sonography and drink gallons of water which is obvious they still made me wait and people who came after me were given appointment before me and were called for sonography.... unethical and unprofessional of the doctor, you're dealing with a patient who is going through a pain what's the point of waiting....I wish they care about patients more than the money and their reports Fyi: We weren't informed about the waiting because the other people shouted and needed treatment quick, I behaved maturely and this is what I got

If I could, I would have given ratings in negative. Such a pathetic and unhygienic diagnostic. They will tell you something on call and once you reach there, they will charge what they want and also the doctor will do the sonography which she wants and not what you mentioned and ask for more money. The staff and the receptionist is a liar. She will convey you something else and not what doctor mentioned to. They will charge the highest in market, but don't have the money to even keep their washrooms clean. They literally keep used napkins and uncleaned towels. There are no tissues in washroom let alone the diagnostic room.
