Have been here many times before also but this time...

Have been here many times before also but this time experience was very bad…. Yesterday did blood test of my daughter (5yr old) the lady was not confident and was searching for nerves after inserting needle… I felt like giving her back a good one but didnot say a word yesterday because my daughter was crying and had to go home fast… i ignored.. Today again I arrived at around 8.55 am and asked for a container for another urine culture test and ur staff have the guts to say that we open at 9am, u have to wait for 4mins… Are u guys out of ur mind?? How much time it takes to give it?? There are many diagnostics centres in charkop. If this is the attitude of ur staff, sorry but u are losing people. Pathetic service this time

Very good and humble doctor. However, management can get much better as the wait time for 5 mins sonography is 45 mins to 1 hr on several occasions.
