The food, ambiance and the service was really nice. You don't feel cramped in small boxy place, it is bright and decent in space. Quality of food was decent and nice. Surely worth visiting the place again.

Today We ordered lemon coriander soup and Hara Bhara Kebab from the restaurant .As recommended by the reception, we ordered the lemon coriander soup, but the lemon flavor was completely missing. The soup was extremely spicy and had too many vegetables. To make it edible, I had to use lemons that we had brought for home use. The Hara Bhara Kebab was also very oily and did not seem fresh. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Visited Golden Leaf (Charkop, Kandivali West) today with family and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered pav bhaji (₹200 per plate), but the bhaji served was completely tasteless. Even after adding salt, there was no improvement in taste. All four of us felt the same, but initially we didn’t say anything to avoid spoiling the meal. When we informed the staff, the waiter mentioned that the main chef had left, which might have affected the taste. However, this is not a valid excuse—customers expect consistent quality, especially from a reputed restaurant. This was clearly a case of poor preparation and lack of quality control. For the price charged, the food quality was simply not acceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their standards so other customers don’t face the same issue.
