I visited shop 4th time. Last 3 times they are asking for exact change amount, and i gave. This 4th time also they assking for exact change amoumt, They dont have change to give. And i deside that dont want any thing if they dont have change for returning money. This is very upseting thing i noticee in mahavir nagar branch. I advice dont upset customer. You should keep change in your outlet.

My sister ordered a butterfly cake for my anniversary to surprise us, but the cake was completely spoiled during delivery. When I called the cake shop, instead of handling the issue politely, the person on the phone started shouting and blamed the Zomato delivery partner. Even if it was the delivery person’s mistake, the customer service was very disappointing. After cutting the cake, we also realized it was filled mostly with cream and had very little sponge. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
