I ordered misti doi this morning and it was delivered stale, it was completely sour and tainted. Kala jamun was also completely frozen. For the price that is being charged one should at least deliver fresh food, both items were delivered out of the freezer. I'd totally recommend everyone to avoid ordering from this place. I had to throw away the Misti Doi; the earthen pot particles were also crumbling and spreading on top of it. They didn't answer zomato's calls either when they were calling for this issue.

They delivered very bad quality of Kala Jamun. Order Number: 229508319666087; Date: 08/02/2026. Order placed on SWIGGY. But SWIGGY refused to take action against his restaurant partner ROSOBONGO. However they said I can review and give ratings accordingly. I also contacted ROSOBONGO. They asked me to speak to their workshop. I got faded up. So I have now written to FDA Department, Government Of Maharashtra to investigate into the issue and take appropriate actions accordingly. But this is pathetic, Swiggy and the said restaurant ie ROSOBONGO both are playing with the health of the citizens of India.
