In 2024, I went to the clinic to treat my pimples. During the treatment, the doctor used to squeeze or pop my pimples and then apply a cold paste on my face. Because of this, my skin developed scars and uneven texture. I did not feel that the treatment was good for my skin. After 5–6 appointments, I decided to stop going to the clinic because I was not comfortable with the treatment and did not see improvement.

I had visited the clinic on 07/02/2026 on Saturday and i had a very bad experience with one of their reception staff , her name was pratima, she is and was very rude staff of cuties skin care, When I asked her name for feedback she said pratima to which I asked full name she said mujhe usaki jarurat nahi lagati. With this I made complaint to a doctor , and to which she said again in front of her boss mera pura name janke kya mera certificate banaoge kya? Also when I explained I too work with hospital but ur behavior is not good to patients to which she was saying mujhe kya karna hain tum kaha kaam karte ho. Very arrognat rude staff. If one has to come to ur clinic also they will not come to u because of few staff of urs who are pathetic. If front desk staff behaves like this they are lacking in basic communication skills I must say
