The product quality is average, but I had a very disappointing experience with the payment process. Despite being such a big shop, the owner refused to accept payment by credit card for a large amount and insisted on cash or GPay. To make it worse, the QR code provided was linked to a savings account, not a current account, so I couldn’t even pay using my RuPay credit card. Really inconvenient and unprofessional for such a reputed store.

This is good only for Gents footwear. Horrible in ladies footwear. My sandals sole came off in just 2 wears. They pasted it and gave back after 2 3 days. It again broke in a week. Total waste of money. And yes... They don't to customers well. Don't listen to their concerns. If we notice.. there's no reply to negative comments. Only thank you to positive comments. If u want to improve, acknowledge the negatives, treat customers well. Our money is not on you to waste for bhangaar footwear. Always a mistake to give them chance.
