Sneha Ma’am has been an excellent counsellor in my journey of managing the mental health concerns. She has a very maternal yet professional attitude towards the client. I feel like I have been able to manage my anxiety and my obsessive thoughts in a much better way and I am able to regulate my emotions in a healthier way ever since I have started seeing her. It’s been more than a year and I feel good about my progress. I would definitely recommend her as a therapist!
