Not at all a customer friendly petrol pump and rude employees of the Fuel station. Inspite of telling multiple times about the fallacies in filling up the fuel from their end, the blame was put on the vehicle’s fuel meter not working properly. Transaction done was for petrol of 1222rs , yet the vehicle’s fuel indicator showed no rise in level of fuel. However a same day transaction of 1000rs petrol from another fuel station raised the vehicle’s indicator immediately. The same was conveyed to the Indian oil petrol pump, but they did not budge to understand the problem and do anything for the sorting of problem. Total NO to visit this fuel station from my side and my contacts.

This Indian oil petrol pump is bigg scammer, they work here to scam you. I visited this Indian Oil petrol pump today 3rd may 2026 at around 5pm. I approached the attendant and clearly instructed him to fill my vehicle's tank to full capacity. He first filled petrol worth ₹100 with the meter correctly set to zero. However, for the second fill to complete the tank, he did not reset the meter to zero and continued pumping from ₹100. As a result, I was overcharged for the actual quantity of fuel dispensed.When I confronted him immediately after noticing the discrepancy, he falsely claimed that he had reset the meter to zero for the second fill. I am certain this was not done, as I clearly observed the meter continuing from ₹100 without any reset.This incident violates standard fueling procedures and amounts to cheating and unfair trade practices. I request the following: A detailed investigation, including CCTV footage review. Appropriate action against the pump staff and owner.
