I am genuinely disappointed to share this experience. Even after making a donation, I continue to receive messages and WhatsApp calls almost every single day, which is simply not acceptable. I understand that charitable institutions work with good intentions and aim to serve the needy, but the approach taken to request further donations is extremely irritating, and frankly, disheartening. What concerns me even more is that the moment I donate to one institution (Ashray for Life), another institution (Being Sevak Trust) starts contacting me within minutes. This gives the impression that multiple organizations are somehow linked or sharing donor information. On top of that, they seem to use several different mobile numbers to reach out, making the follow ups feel irritating. I truly appreciate the work these organizations may be doing. However, PLEASE RESPECT PEOPLE’S INTERESTS AND BOUNDARIES. This kind of aggressive follow up can easily make donors feel uncomfortable and even question the legitimacy of the cause. I have personally received calls and messages from various unknown numbers, and because of this experience, I no longer feel encouraged to donate to any organization again. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to more respectful communication practices moving forward.
