My Honest Experience with This Hospital I have been at this hospital since the 21st because of my mother’s illness, and this is my genuine experience. This hospital presents itself as a charitable trust hospital, but sadly, my experience was completely different. It honestly feels like the term “charitable trust” is being used as a marketing tactic to attract needy and vulnerable people, while the actual treatment process is not charitable in nature at all. Before treatment could even begin, we were asked to deposit a lump sum amount. We agreed and paid immediately because my mother’s treatment was the priority. On the very first night itself, I purchased medicines and injections worth around ₹15,000 at 9 PM. The very next morning, I was again told to buy more medicines. When I politely asked for clarity on how all the medicines got used within such a short time, instead of receiving a proper explanation, I was spoken to rudely. As a patient’s family member, asking for clarity, transparency, and proper information is not wrong. We are already under emotional and financial stress, and the least we expect is respectful communication. Over the next few days, I was repeatedly told to buy more medicines, mostly from a specific medical store, but at the time of discharge, the hospital denied having any connection with that store. If a hospital is truly working under the name of a charitable trust, then there should be honesty, transparency, compassion, and affordability in the treatment process — not pressure, confusion, and questionable practices. This was a very disappointing and disturbing experience.👎👎👎👎

I recently attended the Free Health Camp at KHM Hospital, Kandivali, and it was a very good experience. Everything was completely free, including the Lipid Profile blood test, Sugar test, ECG test, and Doctor consultation. The process was smooth and well-organized. The staff was polite and helpful, and the doctors patiently explained my reports and gave useful health advice. It’s really helpful for people who want to do regular check-ups but hesitate because of the cost. I’m very thankful that I got my blood tests and ECG done free of charge. Camps like this are a great initiative for the community. I hope they continue to organize more such free health camps and keep updating people about upcoming health check-up events. Highly recommended for everyone to take advantage of such opportunities!
