Poorly managed. Went for an emergency eye infection. Was given first line treatment with ophthalmologist on call and was told to come Next day for OPD by the same doctor. Upon checking next day for the appointment by the same Doctor , I was told that the doctor doesn't come any more to Satya hospital!!! How. Was the first line of treatment given... I have no clue.

The doctor himself may be competent, but the person sitting at the reception completely ruins the experience. She is extremely rude, dismissive, and barely listens to what patients are saying. Calls are routinely ignored, as if answering them is too much effort. If you are so uninterested in doing your job, then why take it up in the first place? This level of laziness and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable in a medical setup. It was a horrible experience overall. If any doctor or management is reading this, please address this internally—patients deserve basic courtesy and respect.
