Very bad effect for patient in emergency section waiting for doctor since half an hour, in waiting area there is no cleaning at all no fan and that's effect very much , but still there is no doctor and no response mosquitoes are biting in the waiting area and no facilities for patient. And this is not exceptable literally very bad service. I know this government service for public this is very kind but the hospitality is not at all thinkable Doctor not came yet

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended for Delivery Cases I had trusted Shatabdi Hospital for years — my father-in-law and mother were admitted here before, and we always believed it was a reliable municipal hospital. But this time, when I went for my pregnancy check-up in my 9th month, my experience was extremely upsetting. The OPD doctors lack basic respect and communication skills. Instead of guiding patients with care, they speak very rudely, as if they just want to finish their duty. The way they talk to pregnant women is unacceptable. Despite being a municipal hospital where people seek help with hope, I was treated without dignity. They created unnecessary chaos during my check-up and used language that no patient should have to hear. To avoid admitting me, they simply checked my blood pressure and weight and declared me a “high risk” patient. I was advised to go to Cooper Hospital or Nair Hospital — their exact words were that Shatabdi Hospital: ➡️ Doesn’t have an OT bed that can take a patient weighing 90 kg or above ➡️ Doesn’t have an anaesthetist capable of handling such patients This is shocking — how can such a well-known BMC hospital openly say they don’t have facilities for patients over a certain weight? Does that mean only slim patients under 70 kg deserve treatment here? I strongly feel the doctors here, many of whom seem like interns, carry their frustration and take it out on patients, which is highly unprofessional. 💔 Very bad experience. I will never suggest Shatabdi Hospital for maternity or delivery cases. If you value respect and proper treatment, please reconsider before going here
