I have been a member of Energy fitness for over 3 years and its a fitness community like no other! Each trainer will not just guide you through your workouts, but also provide necessary insights and believe in sharing the knowledge they have to help you improve. The space may seem small to some, but is clean, hygienic and posses' all the required equipments for your fitness journey. Would definately recommend you to join. Good luck!
