They (esp. Mustafa) will make big promises and fail to deliver on almost every one of them. Akram is very rude and doesn't even talk properly. Please do not buy from them. They go to exhibitions to display good products and cheat while delivering. They do not respond to calls even after taking more than 50% advance. Took more than 2 months to prepare and we had to go to their shop to make them deliver.

We actually bought furniture - table chairs from them at a BKC exhibition. We were uninformed that we will have to make a full payment for the product to be delivered. we had given advance and past experiences, we have always paid the delivery guys. They made us wait for 2 months to deliver. spoke very harshly and threatened us to take away our advance money. May be there was some confusion on both ends. We visited their place. its like the lamington road for furniture shops. all in line and selling, inter-related and transpiring a deal by hook or crook. We paid the full amount and got it registered on our bill. only chance we have is to trust them to deliver today evening. Parking is readily available at their location. its a Marve road, a little on the outskirts. Closer to goregaon station by train. Lots of transport vehicles are available.
