After getting my daughter's eye checked and charged rs 800 this doctor never returned my calls nor called me back for the next scheduled appointment which was Yesterday Friday. Unprofessional to the core regarding a seven year old child! How can these people open a clinic and let an assistant do the job when we paid a doctor's fees? Maybe this was a sign from God to never again trust this doctor and her clinic. Treating a child like a toy and that to someone else's child. No sense of responsibility, zero empathy. What time I called you because you wouldn't call me is not the point, you not bothering to pick up or call back is the problem. Please post screenshots of the attempted phone calls on Friday and I will do the same. Don't try to fool patients with their time and money. I stick by every word i've written and told you over the phone the next day that is on Saturday when you called me. Appointment was on Friday and you called me on Saturday. Are you seriously arguing about your unprofessionalism? And typing in bold letters you're not intimidating anyone infact you look even more guilty.
