I started having this weird problem with my right ear where it felt like there is some sort of a blockage which was probably because of a long running cough. The physician I went to first because I was having only the constant coughing and the severe phlegm issues, diagnosed me with moderate bronchitis, took the medication which included antibiotics BUT, thanks to that ear blockage which happened after 3 days from the start of the earlier physician's medication, I decided to go to an ENT and searched for it on Google and lucky me!, I got a last minute appointment at 1:30 right before she was leaving for elsewhere. I was diagnosed with acidity and reflux. All this time, I didn't even know I had this issue because there were no routine symptoms! Anyway, cut to 13 days from my first visit to her that is today, I have improved overall by almost 95% and I am sure I'll be back to my old self in no time. P.S. I Made the grace mistake for taking a flight during medication as I had to go to my hometown for a function. Which hindered the healing and made a 2nd appointment inevitable. Best thing about her? She listens to the patient first. She then explains the diagnosis, then all the medications she recommends as to why she is recommending each medicine and what exactly it is going to do to help you get better and on top of all this, she reassures basis how disturbed, sad, confused the patient is.
