Happy home??? No sad home .. A care centre - no care centre. My mother was admitted in centre on 12th June 2023 for only 1 month but they never bothered to take care at all.. She had some bed soars while she was admitted and we had informed centre to take proper care and treatment and ensure it is not increased but if can keep in same condition as at the time of admission. But while she had been discharged from centre on 4th July 2023 bed soars had become very very big as centre did not bothered to have her some movements and also to change her sleeping position frequently which is very very important and also each visit of ours we were displayed that they are doing dressing etc but never could understand this act at all.. On her discharge from centre on 4th July 2023 we had to admit her to hospital for bed soars treatment as it was very very bad and was stinking bad and Dr. At hospital was so surprised that what centre has done to her. She was operated for bed soars in hospital on 6th July 2023 as Dr could do whatever maximum could be done for bed soars My Mother could not speak much and also she was not able to walk on her own and eat on her own.. which Centre took all the advantage as she was a perfect money making patient as neither she could complain nor walk on her own in the centre. On 12th July 2023 She Passed away due to infection caused because of bed soars. Families who want to admit their loved ones in this centre should be able to walk and talk or else it will be a very big issue for all. I Pray for All Old Aged Person Admitted in this Care Centre for their Well Being.
