I am an ex-student of Suburban College of Paramedical, Kandivali, and I completed my BSc MLT from this college. My final internship completion letter was submitted to the college more than 6 months ago. As informed by the college, I was supposed to receive an update from the university by October. However, since October, I have been continuously trying to contact the faculty for updates. Unfortunately, calls are not answered, messages are ignored, and there is no proper response from anyone. For the past two months, I have been following up regularly, but the lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing. Not a single faculty member or office staff seems concerned about students’ post-completion documentation, which is crucial for our careers and further opportunities. The overall experience after completing the course has been stressful and frustrating due to poor communication and irresponsible handling of student matters. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication, accountability, and professionalism, especially when it comes to handling important university-related documents.
