Extremely unprofessional and negligent service. Despite clearly informing the staff multiple times that vegetarian guests were seated separately and specifically requesting that only vegetarian food be served to that table, the staff served a non-vegetarian dish to vegetarian guests. What is even more concerning is that the mistake was acknowledged only after some guests had already consumed a bite of the dish. The justification provided by the staff was that they “could not recognize the dishes because two dishes arrived at the same time,” which reflects a serious lack of coordination, training, and basic food-handling responsibility. Serving incorrect food, especially in cases involving vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences, is not a minor error but a matter of customer trust, religious beliefs, and personal dietary choices. Such negligence is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. The management should take strict corrective measures to ensure proper food identification, staff training, and customer safety standards to prevent such incidents from happening again.
