The room for spa is good. But the AC flow is directly coming my face. Firstly when i saw my therapist i asked to change but the guy at reception did not change saying she is good. Coming to massage, at the start the actual massage felt nice and with right pressure. However after leaving the center, my back felt a bit of pain in my right ribs and wing part. Massage service, felt like just for the sake of doing and like steps they are trying to complete. I would suggest not to visit as they dont take into consideration the clients requirements and their requests. Also the massage services are very expensive for how the provide them.

Absolutely shitty costumer service, they aren’t ready to talk at all, ask one question and they cut the call. They keep changing prices acc to their preference. Been trying to connect since 2 days and they just hang up. Pls change your customer service man-absolutely ill behaviour.
