It's 2:45 AM I live alone my age is 63 Suffering from many health issues, at the moment I have trouble breathing due to severe cold so called them to send me the medicines for cold and fever. They refused to send any medicines. Said we dont have staff. This is in thakur complex branch itself where I live.
