Dr is excellent but receptionist is very rude!!!🤡😡😡😡😡 She thinks she owns the clinic, very disrespectful in talking to pet parents, always keeps denying appointments. We called 10 times but she kept talking rudely and rejecting us rudely like she is head of clinic. She has no manners and knowledge of customer care. Because of her we changed our doctor now although this doctor is our favorite and our pet suffered for two weeks. If she cant be nice then should not be receptionist for animal clinic.

Dr.Prathamesh means God to me and my family. He has been treating my boy who is 10 years old 🐶 since almost a year now for seizures (developed due to old age and inflammation in brain) We tried out a lot of vets and treatments but were later recommended by our usual vet to visit Dr.Prathamesh. His treatment was so efficient and effective, we completely relied upon him as we could see hope and improvements. He is always responsive on calls and emails for any queries or emergencies. He patiently listens and solves all of our questions and concerns howsoever small or stupid they might be. I would BLINDLY recommend him for any neurological issues your pets might have!

Wonderful doctor, very good experience, and the amount of time the doctor dedicates to your pet is just astonishing. Dr. Prathmesh will note down each and every detail and prescribe medicine accordingly. Everything is over the email, and therefore, there is nothing to miss.

Excellent and professional doctor—does not differentiate between strays and pets. Charges and treatment for strays are at par with pets. He is very patient in hearing you out and takes detailed notes. He's experienced and knowledgeable enough to draw analysis even without multiple tests. Very kind and careful at handling dogs and a very nice person to talk to.
