Hopeless packers,when you are transferring household items from Mumbai to Gujarat,don't you travel with stepney or spare tyre?I had a bad experience with this packers,their tyre burst on road and they have spare tyres which are also burst.So harrasment to a senior lady,they agreed for me to travel by tempo,then when the tyre is burst the boss of the company tells me,a senior citizen to get down and travel by train.And above all that he is saying that we will deliver the items tommorow or day after.And above all this harrasment,his driver has took away my TV from the house.R just dial have thieves as packers?I have made a police complaint. And who takes payment even before delivery?

Very disappointing and unsafe experience. The technician came to our home without clearly informing us about any visiting or inspection charges in advance. We were only told that someone nearby would visit and explain the repair cost. After arriving, they quoted ₹8500 for just 1.4 km distance/service, which felt extremely unreasonable. When we politely declined the service due to the high charges, the person started arguing aggressively and used abusive language towards my sister, who was alone at home at the time. This behavior was completely unprofessional and created a serious safety concern. Customers should be treated respectfully, and all charges should be communicated transparently before sending anyone to a customer’s home. I would not recommend this service.
