We had a terrible experience with Brahmad Super Market. We live in Lokhandwala Whispering Palms and had ordered Saffola Active, but they sent the wrong product. When we tried to return it, they refused to take it back and even denied exchanging it for another product of the same value. The owner spoke very rudely to my wife, which was completely unprofessional. I strongly advise others not to purchase from this store, as their customer service and behavior are unacceptable.

Nice store you get every grocery from A to Z, some people thinks the uncle's are arrogant their but they just say them to keep bag aside but everyone literally argue like I am old customer, but rules are for everyone, I also keep the bag aside before buying anything it is necessary because there are many theives come daily to steal something that's the reason they are telling them to keep bag aside and it's a kirana store not a ambiance shop or anything 😂
